Global Spedition S.L.U. will not be liable for incidents regarding personal data when resulting from an attack on or unauthorized access to the systems so that it is impossible to detect by the security measures established or when they are due to a lack of diligence by the User with regard to the storage and custody of their access passwords or of their own personal data.

Given the publication of the General European Data Protection Regulations, and being in the period for adaptation to said applicable regulation, in future updates of this policy we shall proceed to integrate the rest of rights provided by the norm and defined as right to information, opposition, preparation of profiles, forgetting and deletion, access, data portability and rectification.

- Scope of Application of Technical and Organizational Security Measures: Global Spedition S.L.U., states that it applies the technical and organizational measures indicated in this section, to the functions described in this Privacy Policy.
- Security document: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses a Security Document, as established by the above detailed legislation.
- Manual of Functions and Obligations: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses and keeps updated a Manual of Functions and Duties of Personnel with regard to Information Systems and Personal Data Files as required by current legislation this Manual having been shared with all personnel. Global Spedition S.L.U. agrees to not allow access or processing of data files with personal data, by personnel that have not received a copy of said document.
- Incidents Register: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses an Incidents Register, this Register being used by its personnel for reporting of any incident relating to the security of the information and personal data included in the data files with personal data they process.
- Access Control: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it complies with the following measures with respect to access control:
- Keeps an up-to-date list of authorized users and accesses.
- Allows access only to authorized users depending on the functions assigned to each of them.
- Establishes mechanisms that prevent access to data or resources with rights different from those authorized.
- Access permissions are granted only by the personnel authorized to do so.
- Identification and Authentication: Global Spedition S.L.U. in its access to personal data maintains the following security measures with regard to identification and authentication of users that are going to have access to said data:
- The identification and authentication are personalized.
- There exists a procedure of assignment and distribution of passwords, that imposes the use of strong passwords.
- Passwords are stored in an unintelligible way.
- Passwords are confidential (only known by the user).
- Passwords change at least once a year.
- Storage Media management: Global Spedition S.L.U. has adopted the following security measures with regard to the storage media with personal data:
- It keeps an inventory of storage media.
- It has established a labelling system in accordance with the inventory system that also allows identification of the type of information they contain.
- It stores the authorized media in a place with restricted access.
- It has established an authorization regime of the dispatches of media from its facilities, including dispatches by e-mail.
- It adopts specific measures aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data during transport and disposal of storage media.
- Backup Copies: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses a backup copies system that ensures the recovery of information in case this is necessary, testing said system periodically assiduously.
- Non-automated data files: Regarding the documents with personal data to which Global Spedition S.L.U. has access it adopts the following measures:
- It keeps the documentation in file cabinets, drawers or cabinets with devices that block their opening.
- During the processing of the documents, the person in charge of them must be diligent and guard them to prevent unauthorized access.

If Global Spedition S.L.U. were transmitted, absorbed or merged with another entity, we agree to pact subrogation and commitment of the new management entity responsible for processing of personal data for the continuation of this Privacy Policy noting the commitment that if the personal information is to be used in a manner contrary to this policy the User must be notified previously.
