Global Spedition S.L.U. will not be liable for incidents regarding personal data when resulting from an attack on or unauthorized access to the systems so that it is impossible to detect by the security measures established or when they are due to a lack of diligence by the User with regard to the storage and custody of their access passwords or of their own personal data.

As user you accept and guarantee that the personal data you provide are true, having sole liability for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused to Global Spedition S.L.U. as manager of this website or to a third party, if you complete any form with false data or of third parties causing deception, damage or harm.

We will not use your data for any other purpose not expressed in this Privacy Policy, nor will we send you additional information not requested with your express consent.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes established in Section 3 (paragraphs a, b, c) is art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulations, as the processing is necessary for the provision of the services requested by the user from THE COMPANY. Providing personal data for these purposes is optional, but the fact of not providing said data would make it impossible to activate the Services requested.

Recipients: the data collected through the website will not be communicated to third parties, unless they lead to the beginning of a business relationship, in which case their consent will be formally requested.

International transfer outside the European Economic Area is not foreseen, except for purposes of storage in Internet services and in any case, the existence of adequate security measures is guaranteed as it would be, in any case, with entities taking part in the privacy shield agreement (http://www.privacyshield.gov).

If your data were to be communicated to third parties, you would previously be asked for your consent.

The user has the following rights in regard to the personal data processed by Global Spedition S.L.U.:

• Right to access to the information regarding personal data subjected to processing.
• Right to rectification of the data that the user determines.
• Right to cancellation of their data, so that all or some of the data held by Global Spedition S.L.U. are deleted
• Right to opposition to processing of their personal data.
• Limitation of processing, determining what data the company can have or the total suspension for a limited time of processing at the request of the stakeholder.
• Data portability:  providing, whenever technically possible, the personal data held by Global Spedition S.L.U. to the user when thus determined.
• Right to not be the object of automated individual decisions (including the preparation of profiles): right to not be the object of a decision based on automated processing that produces effects or affects significantly.
• Right to be forgotten, which is the right of all persons to modify, cancel or delete their personal data that are in possession of third parties (entities or persons), applied to Internet search engines, in which case to request their legitimate right to disappear from the results of their searches, the request must be addressed to the search engine itself. 

As a user they can always control their connections, delete the contents they are not interested in and restrict with whom their information is shared; to do this it is advisable to access and configure the privacy of their accounts.

Given the publication of the General European Data Protection Regulations, and being in the period for adaptation to said applicable regulation, in future updates of this policy we shall proceed to integrate the rest of rights provided by the norm and defined as right to information, opposition, preparation of profiles, forgetting and deletion, access, data portability and rectification.

1. Security Level: According to the data required from the users on the security level applicable to the personal data files, Global Spedition S.L.U. applies the measures of basic security level required by the above detailed legislation.
2. Scope of Application of Technical and Organizational Security Measures: Global Spedition S.L.U., states that it applies the technical and organizational measures indicated in this section, to the functions described in this Privacy Policy.
3. Security document: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses a Security Document, as established by the above detailed legislation.
4. Manual of Functions and Obligations: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses and keeps updated a Manual of Functions and Duties of Personnel with regard to Information Systems and Personal Data Files as required by current legislation this Manual having been shared with all personnel. Global Spedition S.L.U. agrees to not allow access or processing of data files with personal data, by personnel that have not received a copy of said document.
5. Incidents Register: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses an Incidents Register, this Register being used by its personnel for reporting of any incident relating to the security of the information and personal data included in the data files with personal data they process.
6. Access Control: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it complies with the following measures with respect to access control:
   • Keeps an up-to-date list of authorized users and accesses.
   • Allows access only to authorized users depending on the functions assigned to each of them.
   • Establishes mechanisms that prevent access to data or resources with rights different from those authorized.
   • Access permissions are granted only by the personnel authorized to do so.
7. Identification and Authentication: Global Spedition S.L.U. in its access to personal data maintains the following security measures with regard to identification and authentication of users that are going to have access to said data:
   • The identification and authentication are personalized.
   • There exists a procedure of assignment and distribution of passwords, that imposes the use of strong passwords.
   • Passwords are stored in an unintelligible way.
   • Passwords are confidential (only known by the user).
   • Passwords change at least once a year.
8. Storage Media management: Global Spedition S.L.U. has adopted the following security measures with regard to the storage media with personal data:
   • It keeps an inventory of storage media.
   • It has established a labelling system in accordance with the inventory system that also allows identification of the type of information they contain.
   • It stores the authorized media in a place with restricted access.
   • It has established an authorization regime of the dispatches of media from its facilities, including dispatches by e-mail.
   • It adopts specific measures aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data during transport and disposal of storage media.
9. Backup Copies: Global Spedition S.L.U. states that it possesses a backup copies system that ensures the recovery of information in case this is necessary, testing said system periodically assiduously.
10. Non-automated data files: Regarding the documents with personal data to which Global Spedition S.L.U. has access it adopts the following measures:
    • It keeps the documentation in file cabinets, drawers or cabinets with devices that block their opening.
    • During the processing of the documents, the person in charge of them must be diligent and guard them to prevent unauthorized access.
    • Only authorized personnel have access to the documents.
    • If there is a transfer of documentation, security measures are adopted that prevent loss or access by third parties to said documentation.
11. Personnel: Global Spedition S.L.U. has duly communicated these stated obligations to its personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

If Global Spedition S.L.U. were required by the competent authorities to communicate personal information to respond to legal requirements, criminal investigation of a possible illegal activity or complaints that affirm that content infringes the rights of third parties or to protect the rights, property or security of third parties. In such cases, Global Spedition S.L.U. can communicate personal information to the competent authorities such as first name and surnames, city or province, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, background of the user and IP address.

If Global Spedition S.L.U. were transmitted, absorbed or merged with another entity, we agree to pact subrogation and commitment of the new management entity responsible for processing of personal data for the continuation of this Privacy Policy noting the commitment that if the personal information is to be used in a manner contrary to this policy the User must be notified previously.

Global Spedition S.L.U. expressly prohibits the user from sharing, providing or transferring to anyone data from third parties that they may obtain as a result of contact, interaction or navigation or consultation through this website, except if they could accredit the express authorization of the user whose data they intend to transfer.

We remind the users that when we speak of data, we also speak of image files of persons.  The personal image is data protected by the rules (Article 5.1 of the Regulations of development of the LOPD). No one can use it without the express consent of the person that appears in it.

As a user, they acknowledge assuming their responsibility agreeing to hold harmless Global Spedition S.L.U. from any possible claim, punishment, fine or sanction to which it could be obliged to support as a result of the noncompliance by the user of the described duty.

In the link “Cookies Policy” we inform you that this website of Global Spedition S.L.U. can use cookies (small files of information that the server sends to the computer of the user that accesses this website) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site, to share in social networks and, in some cases, to carry out analysis of statistics of evaluation and proposals for improvement.

We store the user’s personal data in secure servers, protected against the most frequent types of attacks, located in Spain.

Global Spedition S.L.U. uses state-of-the-art technologies to protect its personal data and information, striving for the strictest confidentiality and application of pertinent technical security tools of technical and organizational information security (passwords, physical security, data encryption, etc.) according to applicable legislation, as well as keeping the security document updated at all times with the regulatorily established measures.

The objectives of the information security policy are as follows:

• The information is protected against losses of availability, confidentiality and integrity.
• The information is protected against unauthorized access.
• The business requirements, the legal or regulatory requirements and the contractual security obligations are met.
• The security incidents are communicated and processed appropriately.
• Controls are established to ensure adherence to the Security Policy, for alignment with the risk management strategy of the organization and establish risk estimation criteria.
• The internal personal data processor will be in charge of maintaining this policy, the procedures and of providing support in their implementation, as well as in ensuring their compliance.
• Each employee is responsible for compliance with this policy and its procedures as applicable in their job.
